All that education to become a Minister, Priest, Rabbi, whatever, delays the time of entering service. The four guys at the far end of the table are the chaplains. The four guys at the end of the table closest to the camera are the assistants. Why? Because the four guys at the far end of the table still appear to have food in front of them. My guess is that the chaplains are so busy talking that they are slower at eating. :-) They're "preaching" instead of eating!
